good food modern room comfy bed tourist tax pool towel deposit payment

The food selection included good choices. Drinks were also varied. The rooms were compact. They were modern and clean. The shower was powerful. The beds are comfy.

Tourist tax was charged upon arrival. I also paid for pool towels with a deposit. Payment was necessary for a safe key. A bottle of water was not in the fridge on arrival.

Excellent Hotel Experience

clean room modern design free bus spacious pool area

The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel provided a free bus to Palma Nova. I found the pool area spacious, it offered many sun loungers. The hotel serves all-inclusive drinks and cocktails, including beer and spirits.

The all inclusive alcohol was not good, the wine and the spirits tasted strange.

The staff was friendly. The receptionists offered great help. The hotel put on a free shuttle that ran most of the day to Palma Nova.

I found the hotel to be very clean. Staff was cute. The food in the dining area was consistently good. The pool area offered a spacious and comfortable environment.

The hotel is located on a hill. This requires some extra effort when walking without the shuttle.

clean room great food varied activities

i stayed for a few nights and found my room was clean daily. the food choice was great. activities around the pool were varied and enjoyable. the kids club was a real plus!

The air conditioning in the rooms was quite loud. That's all i could fault.

Mixed Experience. Concerns about Staff and AC.

The hotel provided a free bus service to Palma Nova. It was convenient.

The reception staff was slow. I experienced a considerable wait during check-in. The AC in the room barely worked and did not go below 22 degrees, even when running constantly. This was frustrating, especially during the heatwave.

seasonal specialities clean room nice balcony

the breakfast and dinner had good variety. local and seasonal specialities were available. kids always had food options such as comfort food. the rooms were always clean. i got a huge balcony with a nice view of the pool.

the description mentioned a beach nearby, but failed to mention steep steps.
