attentive staff dietary needs early noise bathroom sink

the staff showed great kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. they accommodated my dietary needs during meals. i found the pool and steam room quite enjoyable. the scenic drive around the hotel, upgraded with the snow, was nice.

my room was situated near the bins and the noises from bottle disposal interrupted my sleep early in the mornings. i reported a loose sink in the bathroom and some cobwebs around the room, but repairs were pending. the breakfast items could be better quality.

Really good Staff and Service

amazing food helpful staff well-kept garden

The staff was cute and helpful from the beginning. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was AMAZING!!! The bar staff were friendly and competent and always willing to help. I really appreciated the well-kept gardens.

The entrance would benefit from a few updates. There are a few cosmetic issues.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. i found the bed provided excellent support. staff assisted with a minor issue quickly. I was impressed by their swift response.

the corridor lighting was somewhat dim, particularly in the evening. it made locating my room a little difficult.

the staff were amazing. they were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the executive room was large and well-appointed with a great shower. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. i appreciated the easy parking process after i entered my car number on arrival.

i found the dinner menu somewhat limited.

the breakfast had everything i could want.

the room was not good. the toilet paper was poor quality. simple repairs were not done, for example, a broken tile existed in the bathroom.

really lovely stay!

clean room easy access professional staff

The room was spacious and clean! i found it easy to get to and from my room. this was important because my nan has mobility issues. the staff members were polite and professional. mia, the barmaid, was lovely. She always smiled and chatted.

The bar did not have snacks available. I went to the bar, but there were no crisps or nuts. the receptionist just told me to use just eat! it was not the answer i was expecting.
