the staff showed great kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. they accommodated my dietary needs during meals. i found the pool and steam room quite enjoyable.

my room was situated near the bins and the noises from bottle disposal interrupted my sleep early in the mornings. i reported a loose sink in the bathroom and some cobwebs around the room, but repairs were pending. the breakfast items could be better quality.

The staff was cute and helpful from the beginning. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was AMAZING!!! The bar staff were friendly and competent and always willing to help. I really appreciated the well-kept gardens.

The entrance would benefit from a few updates. There are a few cosmetic issues.

the corridor lighting was somewhat dim, particularly in the evening. it made locating my room a little difficult.

The room was spacious and clean! i found it easy to get to and from my room. this was important because my nan has mobility issues. the staff members were polite and professional. mia, the barmaid, was lovely. She always smiled and chatted.

The bar did not have snacks available. I went to the bar, but there were no crisps or nuts. the receptionist just told me to use just eat! it was not the answer i was expecting.
