Our family room contained two double beds, providing ample space. The room was easily accessible from the outside. The breakfast offered really good value with a great selection. The location of the hotel was also ideal (making it easy to explore nearby attractions).

The conditioner bottle in the bathroom was virtually empty when I arrived.

the breakfast was very good. there were so many options available. the staff were excellent!!! we were so well looked after.

on arrival, i was told that, as i was staying for two nights, there would be no housekeeping in my room. i was not asked if that was okay. the real drawback with the room however, was the complete lack of air-conditioning.

The staff were very cute and friendly. I found them approachable and helpful, from the dining staff to the leisure staff. The food was excellent (i especially liked the smoothie of the day!). Fresh water was available around the whole complex.

I noticed an event went on until 1am, and the music was very loud.

i noticed the free internet wasn't very good, as it was quite buggy to join and laggy. as a business traveller, reliable internet is important.
