I was happy with the free upgrade I got to a two bed room with a sofa bed. This meant both my kids could sleep in a double bed. The room offered a clean, spacious area. The staff demonstrated great service .

The air conditioning wasn't working adequately, it got quite hot.

The hotel has a location quite near the airport. It is a plus. The staff were friendly indeed. I do enjoy spending my time in the bar, and the food are good. I was grateful.

This hotel badly requires a refurb. The lock on the bedroom door doesn't work well. The handle to my window is off. The air conditioning did not work.

The restaurant staff provided excellent service, a plus.

The lock on my bedroom door did NOT work. The air conditioning also did not work. The provided fan was black with thick dust. I would have expected better maintenance.
