the restaurant access proved convenient. i loved the breakfast variety it included lots of tasty options. also the complimentary cookie upon arrival was a nice touch.

the gym equipment selection was slightly limited.

free upgrade double bed spacious room

I was happy with the free upgrade I got to a two bed room with a sofa bed. This meant both my kids could sleep in a double bed. The room offered a clean, spacious area. The staff demonstrated great service .

The air conditioning wasn't working adequately, it got quite hot.

the location beside the airport and train station was convenient. the breakfast buffet included many options. staff members like nirash, jitka, lisa, artan, and katie.

convenient location friendly staff good food door lock window handle broken aircon

The hotel has a location quite near the airport. It is a plus. The staff were friendly indeed. I do enjoy spending my time in the bar, and the food are good. I was grateful.

This hotel badly requires a refurb. The lock on the bedroom door doesn't work well. The handle to my window is off. The air conditioning did not work.

broken lock thick dust

The restaurant staff provided excellent service, a plus.

The lock on my bedroom door did NOT work. The air conditioning also did not work. The provided fan was black with thick dust. I would have expected better maintenance.
