a SWEET memory
clean rooms fresh bedding polite staff
The rooms stay very clean. Fresh bedding and towels arrived daily. I loved the coffee and eggs. The reception explained everything in detail, even places to visit. All staff were polite.
the noise was not good at late hours by guests. if you want to have even one NIGHT of good sleep i would not recommend even though it says Palma Nova and not Magaluf.

The pool area was lovely. All rooms face the pool, a GREAT perk. Rooms are big, offering plenty of space, especially with the sofa bed.

I found the breakfast to be extensive and delicious. Pancakes, eggs, and churros, ALL freshly prepared. The bar staff were attentive, and food and drinks were reasonably priced.

good pool food choices tennis courts spacious room
The pool had table tennis and tennis courts. I found the room spacious and very clean upon arrival. The hotel has taxi service available and a very helpful cleaning staff. The atmosphere at the hotel was great and the location very convenient.
The balcony didn't get any sunlight .

The restaurant offered coffee and eggs for breakfast daily. I found it fully met my expectations. Staff members in the restaurant and bar were polite.

Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels provided. All rooms face the pool. I found this design excellent. The room had plenty of space.

daily cleaning friendly staff convenient location
I loved how clean the rooms were. Daily cleaning service was great. The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. Big thanks to them. I liked the pool area. It had a dj. The music added a fun atmosphere to the day. The pool bar staff were great too! SPAR is conveniently located outside. I also saw an ALDI and LIDL within a short walk.
The air conditioning was a little bit inconsistent throughout the rooms.

The hotel location offers great convenience. It is near multiple bus stops. This makes exploring the surrounding areas REALLY EASY. The sea side and various restaurants are within easy reach of the hotel.

The hotel staff was helpful, and always smiling, I appreciated that. They were quick to assist with questions. I had a great experience with the staff. They always listen to customers needs.

Fantastic Stay in Prime Location
helpful staff clean room clean environment
I found the staff consistently helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily. This was really appreciated. The pool area maintained a very clean environment, which I value. I liked that I could easily walk to nearby attractions.
I noticed some noise during peak hours. I think additional soundproofing would enhance the guest experience further.

The hotel features three well-kept swimming pools. These pools provide ample space for relaxation and recreation. A poolside bar offers refreshments throughout the day, and that's convenient, really.

My room included a spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The suite featured modern décor, I can say. A large fridge was in the room. It was definitely an added bonus for storing drinks and snacks.

I appreciated the great location near the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious with modern decor and kept very clean daily. The king size bed provided comfort, and I liked the powerful shower. The hotel staff were always friendly at check in.
The elevator was sometimes slow.
