helpful staff nice touch steep hill no beach access
The staff was good. Eva decorated our room for my wife's birthday and we appreciated this gesture. Pedro from the staff helped recover my wife's handbag after she lost it on the transfer. This really helped.
The hotel is located at the top of a steep hill. It made leaving the hotel difficult. There is no direct beach access and this was misleading in the description.

a decent stay
spacious room balcony view roof terrace poor cleaning beach access late checkout
the rooms are spacious with beautiful balcony views of the sea. breakfast selection with roof terrace views was great. i found the wristband room key really handy for tapping into the room.
cleaning was not so good trash and hair remained after cleaning. there's no own beach i needed to go to there by street. i was upset when reception didn't allow a 30 min late check out

I spent a few nights there. the breakfast choices were delicious. They seemed endless and plentiful. check-in was swift. i found antonio very helpful.
the bathroom had a number of defects, but they were repaired . the cleaning in our room was insufficient. the floor was poorly cleaned.

endless choices modern rooms gorgeous views
the breakfast buffet offered endless choices, and queues were nonexistent. rooms were modern and spacious, including a side sea view. i found the views from all hotel areas gorgeous..
i found the steep hill a bit challenging when walking back to the location.
