The room was clean. The hotel's bar prices seemed good for a four-star hotel.

The room wasn't. This annoyed me because I wanted to shower after a day at the pool. Getting fresh towels proved difficult, so that didn't help. The trees blocked most of the sun, and it's hard to get a tan.

I was offered a welcome drink upon arrival. It was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of food options. The housekeeping team was very professional and efficient, they kept the room very clean.

The room had excessive light, even with the curtains fully closed. The maid entered our room early, before the scheduled checkout time. Many amenities required extra payment, including access to the pool area.

The shower head in my room wouldn't stay up. it kept sliding down, and showering was quite annoying. room cleaning was also very basic. It didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this level. i thought the room needed more attention to detail.

The hotel location is really central. Many beaches are at a walking distance. The pool bar has good cocktails at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly. The balcony views are just lovely. Breakfast had an amazing selection of food. It offered something for everyone. I found the breakfast staff very helpful

The room was basic. I think the toilet cubicle was tiny, so anyone large would struggle. The wet room floor felt slippery. The bedding was crumpled, the pillows were terrible. Flat. I found the sofa bed awful. It was like sleeping on a bag of iron poles.
