I found the service a bit lacking, i must say. the staff seemed preoccupied. my room, a 'luxe room terrace queen bed', felt cramped, not exactly what i expected for the price. it was more like a slightly upgraded shoebox. The promised luxury was... absent, let's say.

I found the staff warm and helpful. They cared about my experience. the room was clean and well-equipped, a perfect space for relaxation. i particularly loved the beautifully maintained pool. It was peaceful and a great spot to unwind. taxis from the hotel were always quick. It added to the ease of getting around.
The upper rooms are a bit tiny for two people. Closet space is limited, but it didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.

the team, including serge, juan, andres, fatima, paula, eva, and virginia, offered really good care. they were warm and kind, always smiling and joyful. their genuine concern created a cute atmosphere.

The pool area featured comfortable sunbeds. It. there were new showers, a lovely upgrade. the setting was conducive to a calm, romantic atmosphere.

I loved the new gym. It is amazing. the food was really good!!! drinks are high standard. the staff was attentive to every detail.
the room felt basic for the money i paid. there was no kettle included. i wasn't able to have a drink at the bar when i first arrived.

I appreciated the lovely reception area. the grounds of the hotel included a really nice pool area and views. i especially enjoyed the thursday event (music on). It had a really good vibe and amazing music. i could drift in and out as i pleased and return to my room easily.
the hotel attempted an overcharge at check-in. the receptionist initially entered a higher amount (approximately €250 more) than the correct amount. only after i questioned the amount did he correct it silently on the card machine. he offered no explanation or apology which reminded me of an attempt to overcharge me.

The staff provided great service, from check-in to room service. ms. marta and ms. elnor offered really good hospitality. even mr mark was helpful with room service. He provided prompt assistance and ensured i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Martha and lupe were thoughtful from the beginning. i found the food to be great. the freshly renovated rooms provided a nice experience with terrace access directly from the garden.
the pool area felt intensively developed due to smaller and more packed sunbeds. this.
