The staff was attentive. They quickly addressed my requests. My room had a comfortable bed. It also featured blackout curtains which ensured restful sleep. The breakfast buffet included a wide assortment of pastries and fresh fruit.
The gym had limited equipment.

Breakfast included many delicious options and quick make-to-order service. The location proved very convenient with easy walks to attractions and shops. I found the building to be peaceful despite its situation in a busy tourist zone. The team gave a very warm and accommodating service.

The location was acceptable as it was close to many attractions.
The room layout seemed odd. The sink was in the main room, not in the bathroom. the glass door to the toilet lacked proper sealing, so privacy was minimal. I found this quite awkward.

The location was acceptable.
The rooftop pool closed early, at 7pm EVERY day. This also meant no morning swims, as it didn't open until 11am. The tv in my room was broken. It was difficult to contact reception. The manager offered a discount, but she wasn't more helpful.

the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a cool temperature despite the heat outdoors.
the bathroom lacked ventilation and parts of it were integrated into the room itself. the carpet had an unpleasant odor and was quite unclean. i did not think the cost of the stay was justified given the condition of the room.
