Satisfactory stay with minor drawbacks

central location friendly staff clean room heavy door excessive noise firm mattress

The location was central. It was easy to access nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The bedroom doors were heavy. The doors made a lot of noise when closing. I was woken up by other guests' doors during the night. The mattress in my room felt quite firm.

relaxing atmosphere readily available staff town center location

The room was beautiful. The staff was friendly and readily available to help. I appreciated the delicious food in the restaurant. The dinner was nice. The town center location made it easy to explore local attractions.

heavy bedroom door too firm mattress

location was CENTRAL, all areas were Nice and neat.

the bedroom doors are heavy AND make a lot of noise. also, there is some kind of beeping sound as the doors close. i was woken up MULTIPLE times in the night by the noise of other guest's doors. my mattress was rather TOO firm. i didn't have more than five hours sleep.

Acceptable Stay, but Room Issues

thin walls heavy doors

Breakfast was quite good nothing to complain about there.

The room assigned felt quite small for what I paid no upgrade there. some noise issues surfaced early morning the walls seem thin. Doors closing echoed through the hallway disturbing my sleep. It was not ideal.

excellent stay

excellent refurbishment comfortable bed

i found the building interesting with excellent refurbishment. the staff and restaurant were also excellent. i appreciated the comfortable bed and good ensuite with a good shower. tea and coffee making facilities were provided .

the lack of assistance with luggage was noticeable as my room was right at the top of the building. there was no one available to help with my heavy suitcase up the stairs. it presented a slight inconvenience.
