location was CENTRAL, all areas were Nice and neat.

the bedroom doors are heavy AND make a lot of noise. also, there is some kind of beeping sound as the doors close. i was woken up MULTIPLE times in the night by the noise of other guest's doors. my mattress was rather TOO firm. i didn't have more than five hours sleep.

Breakfast was quite good nothing to complain about there.

The room assigned felt quite small for what I paid no upgrade there. some noise issues surfaced early morning the walls seem thin. Doors closing echoed through the hallway disturbing my sleep. It was not ideal.

The room was very clean, decorated well, and presented perfectly. I enjoyed the good quality tea and coffee available. The provision of decent-sized mugs was a nice touch. The building's interesting design felt luxurious. Staff members proved both friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fridge, it allowed me to have fresh milk.

The bedroom doors were quite heavy. This sound, coupled with a beeping noise as the doors shut, was disruptive. It woke me several times during the night.

i found the building interesting with excellent refurbishment. the staff and restaurant were also excellent. i appreciated the comfortable bed and good ensuite with a good shower. tea and coffee making facilities were provided .

the lack of assistance with luggage was noticeable as my room was right at the top of the building. there was no one available to help with my heavy suitcase up the stairs. it presented a slight inconvenience.
