The staff provided very good customer service. The hotel was very clean. I definitely recommend this place to family and friends!!! The location was perfect. Everything was within easy walking distance of the beach, park, and restaurants.
The on-site parking was limited. I had to pay a reduced rate at a car park across the road. The hotel seems a little tired and needs an upgrade. Our room had only one easy chair.

The room was quite spacious with large windows. i liked the full english breakfast. It was nicely done. the location worked well as it was near the places i had to go.
the furniture looked a bit old and some pieces had damage. some chairs were ripped and a cabinet had damaged doors making the bottom drawers unusable.

the hotel included essential amenities that catered to basic needs. i noticed a gym with standard equipment and a business center that seemed adequately equipped. the parking area was directly opposite the hotel entrance.

the room had daily cleaning, along with fresh towels provided each day. tea and coffee were also generously replenished (a small touch, but appreciated). the location was excellent, close to the beach and gardens. the staff were polite and attentive, especially aj at the front desk, who was very helpful.
there wasn't any air conditioning in the room, which did make it a little warm.

The staff were AMAZING!!! My room was excellent with a BEAUTIFUL view of the pier. Breakfast was excellent and I looked forward to it every day. The hotel is ideally located.
The shower was a bit tiny and the temperature wasn't consistent. Even on the coldest setting, it was still quite hot. I hope they fix it soon!
