The elevator was out of service, and I was not happy. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to my room. The room itself looked quite worn, definitely not what I expect (and I would not recommend it).

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was SUPER clean and well kept. I REALLY appreciated the on-site restaurant, with its tasty food and convenient hours. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with directions and airport information.

The elevators seemed a bit slow at peak times.

I booked a standard double room, and i appreciated its cleanliness. the room contained a kettle with coffee and tea supplies which was convenient. the bed was also comfortable for a good night's sleep. I had no issues with it.

The shower did drip slightly throughout the night. This was a minor disturbance.

the staff at the bar was very helpful the next morning. they gave me breakfast after breakfast service had ended i appreciated that. the shuttle to the airport took only 5-6 minutes it was easy to access the airport.

the hotel did not list its name on the bus signs at the terminals it caused some confusion. this should be rectified to improve guest experience
