My room lacked air conditioning. the breakfast items ran out quite early. the room size felt too small. There wasn't a table or a second chair for room service.

i found the location excellent in a pretty seaside town. the bed was a comfortable super king bed. the staff were very attentive.

the hotel's proximity to the town makes exploring easy and convenient. the location is perfect for accessing the south west coast path. connaught gardens are just over the road from the hotel.

the staff were helpful making the stay nice! reception staff and bar staff were lovely! young staff served excellent meals with presentation. they are very efficient, courteous and attentive.

the room was open and spacious it had quality design i enjoyed the huge size of the room staff members were very friendly and professional. the continental breakfast offered extensive options i found this especially helpful given my lactose intolerance. i had a massage by jaz and it was really good rated a perfect 10/10.
during winter the spa hours were limited which restricted my access i found this inconvenient due to my work schedule.

the staff at reception provided helpful assistance throughout my stay i also found the spa staff to be very informative and accommodating . the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness.

I found the hotel's location excellent. It was close to town! the bed in my room was very comfortable. i enjoyed the hearty breakfast. It had some great options.
the car parking situation was not ideal. i had to pay to stay in the nearby public car park overnight, an unexpected extra cost.
