the receptionist was very helpful, checking me in quickly. the room was both clean and warm. the food was excellent and i enjoyed the swimming pool. all staff members were friendly and willing to help.

Accessing all facilities was easy and convenient. I was able to get a ground floor room, which I definitely appreciated. The spa facilities were a delight and did not feel overly crowded. The dining room provided an excellent breakfast with a wide array of food selections.
The pool area felt a bit slippery, so caution is advised when walking around it.

I enjoyed the nice spa facilities a lot. the receptionist was excellent and very helpful!!! i also had a lovely little seating area outside my room. I definitely loved that a lot. the restaurant staff were excellent and very professional, wow!!!
the hotel parking fine policy was rather inconvenient, even though it's a minor thing.

I saw a pool, a gym, and a well-kept garden. There was even mini-golf!!! the pool area featured about twenty loungers and also provided a shaded section for relaxation. What more could you want?

My superior king room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It included a comfortable king-size bed. the room featured blackout curtains. They really helped with getting a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the vegetarian full English as it offered a vegan option. Staff were friendly and helpful, this created a cute atmosphere.
My room seemed not properly cleaned. I noticed dust on lamps and the bedside cabinet. I also observed stains on the bathroom wall, this detracted from the experience.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! I found an excellent selection of food. The grounds were well kept and attractive. I enjoyed easy access to all facilities.
