A mixed bag, sadly

loud noisesmall portions
Our dog-friendly room was right next to the reception area. This meant lots of people walked to and fro. My dog barked most of the night because of that. The evening meal also disappointed. The spaghetti bolognese was bland. It tasted like it came from frozen mince, sadly. The portion sizes were not big, either.

The staff offered a GREAT welcome. They remained helpful and friendly across the hotel, museum, shops, bar, and restaurant. I stayed in a SUPER clean, nicely decorated room. The room was very comfortable. EVERYTHING was great!
The chicken burger included overcooked chicken coated in breadcrumbs. The beefburger was unseasoned. Both burgers were quite tasteless. EVERYTHING else was FANTASTIC!!!
