the breakfast plates were very small. this. there werent any jugs for milk either.

I appreciated the proximity to the world resorts arena. It was convenient. The room had a good size and overlooked the water. Everything was great .

The hotel rooms were quite warm. There was no option to cool them down. The room also lacked an iron. A loud fan noise persisted throughout the night.

I found the room layout excellent (it was a smart design). The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I really appreciated the vegan options on the food menu. The food consistently tasted good throughout my stay.

I noticed some work was ongoing outside, and there was some noise disturbance in the mornings because of this.

the location proved acceptable for the nec event, conveniently located nearby.

the breakfast experience was pretty subpar. tables were often dirty, and the hot food looked inedible (the bacon was so dry it changed colour!). the room's temperature control seemed nonexistent, hovering around a sauna-like 24°c.
