i loved the coffee machine in my room it was such a welcome addition. i also really liked my salad after i checked out it was gorgeous. the bed was perfect and the area to work was spacious i got loads done.
the hotel could make the offer on fresh fruit better at breakfast. there could be more juice options too.

Breakfast had a good selection, I suppose. It was the only thing that didn't actively make me scowl.
The restaurant service was atrocious. Our order took nearly an hour, just great with hungry kids. My steak arrived tougher than a week-old shoe. I think I could have resoled my boots with it. Replacing the culinary crime took another age, and the new steak somehow managed to be even worse. I regret eating there.

i enjoyed the forchetta restaurant very much. juan's service was great. it surpassed what i expected. the room was clean. i look forward to my next visit. the gym was well-equipped. it met all my needs.
the bar staff seemed a little distant, a very slight damper on an otherwise lovely visit.

the staff were really good at the counter and in the bar! i arrived earlier than the check in time and a room was available so they let me check in. this was appreciated after a long plane trip from australia. the location is also great, close to really good shopping right outside.
the breakfast was almost cold and bland. it could definitely be improved, especially for the price. a better selection of hot options would be appreciated
