I must say, the room reminded me of a throwback to a bygone era, minus the charm. the carpet sported stains i couldn't quite identify, and the furniture looked like it had survived a minor skirmish. i found chipped paint on the skirting boards. A detail i'm sure the hotel meant to be 'rustic'.

the executive twin room was spacious. i found a comfortable bed and the bathroom had a good bath. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh fruit salad!) with buffet style service and plenty of choices.
i noticed the gym looked a little dated.
