beautiful grounds generous upgrade excellent staff

the hotel grounds are beautiful. we had a generous room upgrade on arrival, a really nice touch. all the staff were excellent, always willing to help. breakfast was a real treat, so many options!

the afternoon tea didn't quite hit the mark. the savoury selection felt a little limited, and i missed having traditional sandwiches. a bit more variety there would elevate the experience!

soft touches warm smile excellent facilities

rooms were beautiful decorated with the softest touches. dinner tasted perfect, cooked with such passion. the staff greeted me with warm smiles. i felt welcome there. every detail seemed to whisper of love and care. the rooms were large with such excellent facilities.

the decor has improved the hotel! the rooms are luxurious. i ended up purchasing toiletries from reception after their use. brollies and wellingtons are available . we ate both dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious! there is a snooker room with complimentary chocolates
