Really good Hotel Experience!

clean room attentive staff
the rooms were excellent and very clean. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were super attentive! nothing was too much trouble for them and i felt very welcomed. i will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area near birmingham.
i noticed the leisure area could use some updating. there also weren't many places to sit around the pool, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is conveniently situated with easy access to the city center, with a blend of tranquility and accessibility. the train station is a short walk away, awesome for quick and easy travel to birmingham city center in approximately 15 minutes.

convenient location excellent service health club parking availability
The location is convenient! parking was readily available right outside the hotel. A real bonus. the staff offered excellent service and assistance throughout my stay. i found the health club facilities particularly enjoyable and relaxing.
I noticed a minor issue. The tea selection in the room was somewhat limited.

My room provided a comfortable king-size bed which allowed for restful sleep and relaxation . the room also featured modern decor and practical amenities such as a work desk. This enhanced its suitability for business needs.

Fantastic Stay, Minor Hiccups

delicious breakfast amazing design friendly staff
The breakfast was delicious with an amazing design. Furniture selections were interesting and stylish. I found the location good and near the center.. the staff were really friendly from reception to housekeeping. The bar area was nice. Leisure facilities were good.

The location offers convenient access to the town center and the train station. There was minimal traffic noise, which helped ensure a quiet stay, especially during peak hours. The hotel is easy to find.

Breakfast provides plenty of choice and all items tasted great. I found the restaurant staff especially helpful, someone took me to my table each morning. The breakfast service was excellent.

There is a nice bar area for relaxation in the evening. I used the leisure facilities, they were well-kept. The conference room provided comfortable seats and was easy to locate within the hotel premises.
