This was our most luxurious night away, and I cannot wait to return. The hotel staff were kind. I thought the customer service was really good. The food in the Crystal restaurant was AMAZING!!!
The drinks were a little expensive, but I think that's expected for a place like this.

the staff was very attentive. i stayed in a lovely large suite. it had a four poster bed and views across the garden. also, i enjoyed a tasty two course evening meal and a freshly cooked breakfast the next morning.

the hotel features excellent grounds and surrounding lakes all facilities were very good i found the breakfast and food excellent with friendly staff the room offered plenty of space with everything needed and a very comfortable bed with fresh bed linen
the service was a little slow the waitress poured wine by taking the glass and filling it asking if it was enough she was polite but seemed to need more training

My room's cleanliness was substandard. I found dust and old debris beneath the bed, indicating inadequate cleaning. The bed linen had noticeable marks, which should not have been used at all. The plumbing made significant noise. It was quite disruptive during the night.
