warm food spacious room difficult bathroom small room
The breakfast was great and the staff kept on top of the supply of warm food! The rooms were spacious.
The lady at the desk did sort it out in the end. The room was small and the bathroom was difficult to get into, REALLY!!!

the staff was amazing they were always smiling and willing to help i found the room clean and the bed very cosy it was the perfect haven after a long journey the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
i noticed the gym equipment looked a bit outdated some machines require maintenance for a better workout experience

cold room radiator system
the breakfast had a good selection of items, a highlight of my stay.
The room was cold. The radiator system was not working, and an electric radiator wasnt available to fix it.

clean room friendly staff good food
The room was very clean. Staff members were friendly. The hotel offered plenty of car parking spaces. The food was good (i liked the burgers!).
The hotel exterior looks dated. It was like stepping back into the 80s. The interior was very basic, more attention to detail would be appreciated.

The hotel features a swimming pool and a spa pool available . Fresh fruit was offered after swimming, a nice touch. There is also a little park, the kids loved going to it.

The standard double room included a comfortable bed. The room was clean upon arrival. The staff provided fresh towels and toiletries daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

The reception manager was lovely and cute. The bar staff helped with the food screen, so it was very friendly. Samir was very helpful with my luggage and difficulty with stairs.

broken coffee machines awkward pool visit
i found the breakfast experience quite disappointing. the coffee machines weren't working properly, so many guests were just standing around, unsure how to get their coffee. the staff seemed preoccupied with other tasks and didn't offer much assistance. also, i was asked to book a slot for using the pool, but when i arrived, a children's swimming lesson was underway, feel awkward and less relaxing than i had hoped.

I found a lovely welcome at reception. All staff made sure i had everything i needed, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. the breakfast staff was very attentive. I appreciated their swift service and positive attitude. the room had tea and coffee making facilities, a real treat for a quick morning pick-me-up.
The room layout wasn't ideal. It felt a little cramped around the twin beds.

warm welcome friendly receptionist dated exterior uncomfortable sofa
The receptionist was very polite and warm, I received a lovely welcome. The room was very clean and quite spacious. I appreciated all the gf and vegan options at breakfast. It was better than other chain hotels I have stayed at before. the receptionist in the gym was also friendly and helpful.
the exterior and interior look VERY dated, like I had stepped back into the 80's. the room had a complex walk down several different corridors. i had to go up one floor then back down again. the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever. it sounded like it was covered in the loudest plastic invented.
