comfortable stay near market square

friendly staff clean room lovely bathroom

i found a perfect location near the waterside theatre. staff was very helpful and friendly. the room was clean and the bathroom was lovely. the beds were comfortable.

the room gets noisy at night. i was on the top floor. i heard everything, especially when the hallway door kept being slammed. i think they could improve the soundproofing.

great location convenient iron

The location was GREAT. It was close to shops and restaurants. The room included an iron with ironing board and a hairdryer. This was super convenient.

The stairs were steep, and there wasn't a lift.

the staff was very helpful and a generous 15% off the drinks and a 50% discount on the food certainly. a big room provided a comfortable space. i loved the dressing table. i found a great selection of drinks in the room, including a lovely pack of biscuits and quality shampoo.

i did notice the cleanliness was not at the most desired standard. the carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed and i saw hairs on the bedding.

The hotel offers free parking at a nearby location, so i did not worry about my vehicle. This is especially great for folks driving in from afar. the location is very convenient with everything easily accessible.

Breakfast was a highlight and offered plenty of delicious options. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. the bar prices are good, and residents get a 15% discount on food and drinks and that is so nice.

The staff are very friendly and cute. They are always ready to help with any questions. chris, the duty manager, was especially cute and friendly and . That's just great.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great dressing table and a huge mirror next to the door. The bed was also very comfortable, so i rested so good. an iron and ironing board are in the room.

convenient location good selection room servicing tea bags

the location was really convenient for getting around. the breakfast was a good start to the day (it had a nice selection of items).

I found the room servicing a bit lacking. the policy stated rooms are serviced every 3 days for longer stays. A quick vacuum and restocking of tea bags would have improved the experience. (i had to ask for more milk).
