beautiful location attentive staff tasty food extensive gardens

the location impressed me it was beautiful the staff was very attentive and helpful i found the food to be very well-prepared and tasty i enjoyed the extensive gardens they offered peaceful walks.

the corridor felt a bit cold near my room the tiled floor made it slightly uncomfortable to walk on without shoes

the breakfast was good with a nice selection of items i found. staff were helpful and friendly. the tv in my room worked well, providing access to various channels.

lovely grounds amazing service

I found the grounds to be quite lovely. A path circles a small lake where I spotted birds. The food and drinks were really good (especially the cocktails!). The breakfast waitress delivered amazing service and really were pretty good.

The selection of available beers could definitely use some improvement.

The breakfast was great. my waitress was efficient and friendly. the grounds are beautiful. i especially enjoyed the huge lake. the staff were very helpful. They made check-in easy. the room had comfortable bedding, good wi-fi, and a view. i recommend this hotel to others. i intend to send my family for a break.

some minor items need general attention because of wear and tear. i noticed this in the room. it wasn't a big deal. but worth noting.

fantastic stay at this hotel !

friendly staff lovely lake great dinner menu

the check-in was quick thanks to the friendly staff. my room had a wonderful view of the lake and i could access the first floor easily. breakfast included a really good dinner menu that i found amazing.

my room was a bit small , it felt more like a single room.

the location is convenient to heathrow , only 15 minutes away. there is also parking available , which i appreciated a lot. it certainly made things much easier for me.
