Decent stay with some disappointments
The lounge areas looked quite nice for sitting and having drinks.
The room faced a noisy building site. Someone entered my room to close the curtains one evening. I found this intrusive. The coffee and tea facilities sat inside a dark cupboard.

The breakfast was delicious. The dining room had beautiful decor and colorful furniture. The staff was very nice. The room was wonderful. It had warm and inviting decor. The bed featured a very comfortable mattress.
Our towels had blood stains. Housekeeping didn't pick this up. Building work started at 6:30 AM! We heard cranes. We could also hear pipes all night.

friendly staff beautiful decor spacious room
The staff was friendly. I appreciated their warm and cute attitude. The room decor was beautiful with classy fittings. I especially liked the SUPERIOR room. It was also spacious and quiet.

The hotel included champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful orangery. The orangery has many plants. I really appreciated the thoughtful and consistent decor, it was faultless.

Breakfasts are delicious, i found them very tasty. There is a great selection of hot dishes with modifications available. The Lima Peruvian restaurant offers excellent food. The food is beautifully presented, the flavors are full.
