colorful and clean rooms
breakfast choice excellent options comfortable bed good bathroom
I enjoyed the breakfast. it had a ton of choice and excellent options with a helpful waitress. the bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size. it had places to put things. the room's style was fantastic and included robes (a nice touch). i appreciated the coffee machine. Staff brought more coffee when i asked.
the pillows were a little uncomfortable.

The rooms feature bright decor and design. The quirky style provides a unique experience and everything was really clean (just as expected). the rooms have a safe to store belongings and plenty of towels.

The lobby has a well-appointed co-working area. it is discreetly integrated into the dining area of the lobby (open for all-day meals, drinks and snacks). staff are well trained. They are happy to go above and beyond at all times.

locked thermostat hard beds
the staff service was OK and the location and aesthetic were fine.
I WAS disappointed with the air conditioning. my thermostat was locked initially and i had to ask for it to be unlocked. the temperature reset itself , I had to adjust it again. the beds were not comfortable. I found them too hard.

I had a room upgrade upon arrival! Talitha at reception was polite. She is a real credit to the front of house team.
The hotel's in-house bar closed quite early. Many residents wanted a drink upon returning. This was quite inconvenient.

quirky and clean stay
friendly staff clean area quirky design
i found the staff to be friendly throughout my stay. the areas in the hotel were clean and had a quirky design. the hotel design is cool (i especially liked the lobby with the sitting room).
the room was quite warm. even after i adjusted the thermostat to a lower setting, it was still too warm for my liking.

the room provided robes and slippers, along with coffee, tea, and water. the room was a good size, with plenty of space to relax. the bed was huge and very comfortable.

the hotel sits between two tube stations and a main bus route to kings cross and st pancras. many areas were within walking distance (about 25 minutes to islington and shoreditch). a nice cafe across the road offered coffee and toasties.
