Excellent Experience

The location was super convenient, close to many tube stops. The room was large and clean. I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were helpful enough to answer any questions. I did not go for breakfast because there were many brunch spots close by.

The staff members assisted with any requests and was always available. Their prompt response improved my experience at the hotel. Rafika was friendly while serving food. She provided excellent service to the customers.

The furniture in the room looked tatty. The coffee table needed replacement. The rooftop bar remained closed. The main bar closed early at 11 pm. The website advertises a 1 am closing time.

My card was charged multiple times, causing me a great deal of inconvenience. It really strained my available credit! i don't think this qualifies as acceptable service at all! a refund has yet to appear.

the room i get, a magistrate king, it have space enough and feel clean. also, i find it sweet that the hotel provide decent tv channels. they entertain me after long days of adventure.
i am sad about the rooftop bar. it was close , and i wish it stay open later. the main bar close early at 11pm, and this dissapoint me, because the site say it stay open until 1am on weekends.

the staff were so lovely and helpful. we had an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade.
the rooftop bar was closed during my entire visit which was disappointing. the main bar closed early at 11 pm, not the 1 am advertised on the website.

Vlad at the front desk provided a tour of the hotel. He was knowledgeable. The spa service was really good! (I was excited to try it.) The bathroom was lovely. It included both a separate shower and a bathtub.
My room was slightly small.
