friendly staff professional staff family room decorated bar

the staff was friendly and professional. millie, tyler, steve, chrissy and luigi were very helpful. the spa smelt lovely and family changing rooms were available. the bar was decorated tastefully. breakfast was fabulous. poppi gave me great service and the food was perfect.

the lifts were out of order. i had to use the stairs.

helpful staff friendly barmaid restaurant relocation poor wifi

i visited the hotel for a spa experience and a stay over. the staff were very helpful to. the barmaid with pigtails was friendly and helped us book our table for dinner, that was nice.

the restaurant had moved because a new floor was laid. i also think the wifi did not work in the room i was in. it wasnt great.
