The location was close to the conference venue I needed to attend.
The room had a recurring issue, the fire alarm activated three times without any apparent cause. There was also an excessively bright emergency light that could not be turned off (quite disruptive).

The breakfast buffet had a good choice of food , and I really enjoyed it. My room was very clean and tidy. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful . I was really amazed.
My room was too cold , I felt uncomfortable. The heat kept going off , which really impacted my stay. I was feeling like asking for a refund.

the room space was plenty, and the bed was super comfortable. the duvet, while warm, seemed a bit small for the bed size. parking worked well, and i spotted a nice gym option, though i didn't use it. staff members are excellent, and i love the location on frensham great pond, with all the walks nearby.
i noticed a smell in the beer garden that seeped into the bar, not very pleasant.

the restaurant provided a lovely setting, and the lunchtime menu has tasty options available. breakfast includes a large buffet with a coffee machine that makes good coffee, and its use is easy.

the receptionist knew what i needed and preempted my need for a taxi. they thought about my return journey and made sure i had everything. staff were attentive, warm, and helpful, and.

the suite was immaculate, and my room was spacious and included air-conditioning. i had easy access to the car park from my room. plenty of towels were provided for my stay.

this location is very beautiful, situated directly opposite the lake. it offers a peaceful setting, perfect for a relaxed stay. the hotel provides easy access to the golf course.
