the rooms were a decent size and clean. tea service was available with kettle and a variety of tea and coffee.

the breakfast payment was unclear at check-out. staff claimed i had not paid for it, even though i paid everything on the first day. they then tried to charge me extra for visiting the skybar, an accusation i didn't understand because i never went there. someone may have charged their order to my room number.

The rooms were clean and tidy. the breakfast buffet is fantastic with so many choices. I'm grateful. the front desk staff are friendly, it was a nice welcome.

i stayed hoping for a comfortable stopover, but my experience was far from pleasant. the air conditioning was ineffective and kept turning on and off. the bed was uncomfortable, it was severely slanted downward.
