efficient service comfortable bed satisfactory breakfast

the staff offered efficient service at check-in. my king-size room included a comfortable bed and good working air conditioning. the included breakfast provided a satisfactory start to the day with multiple options.

i found the gym to be quite small with limited equipment, offering only a few treadmills and some free weights.

Excellent Stay at Ideal Location

quick lifts bright room breakfast selection

The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly and polite. I had a room on the fifth floor. Lifts were fast and reliable. The room was bright and clean. I received a lovely welcome note from the cleaner. Breakfast offered an excellent selection with many choices for all tastes (especially those needing gluten-free or dairy-free options).

The parking fee was an additional twelve pounds per night. I did not like paying extra to park on the hotel. It would be better if parking was included with the room.

The room included a large TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were large and soft. Excellent air conditioning and fresh air ventilation from the window also ensured a pleasant stay.

The location is surrounded by a good number of different restaurants and an entertainment area. I found it convenient with many eateries and pastimes such as bowling, a cinema, and a water park. Basildon town center is about a twenty-minute walk.

super kind staff quick check free drink

the staff i met was super kind. i check in quick and easy. they sorted my parking and they gave me a free drink. the attitude i receive was great and it was a great ambassadorship for the brand.

the grounds are beautiful, and you will find them well kept. i really like that it has a good location. it is close to bowling, a cinema, and a water park. so many options for activities!

meals were cooked to a very high standard. portions are more than ample. the hotel supplied some of the best meals i had at holiday inn hotels over the years. the products used are high quality!

dated furniture additional fee

the location and my room it was alright. it was alright for just one night.

i was really sad the room seemed old. the furniture was really dated. i think it need a fresh look to make it nicer and more modern. i was surprise i had to pay extra money for parking it was like a hidden cost.
