acceptable stay overall

nice design comfortable bedroom beautiful location hot room faulty window out-of-service lift
the hotel was nicely designed and the lobby looked lovely. my bedroom was large and comfortable. the location was beautiful too.
The room was far too hot to sleep in. I complained about this before going to sleep. a gentleman from reception came, but the temperature did not come down. the windows could not open properly, so i had no air at all. the lift was out of service during checkout, and i had to carry my luggage down four flights of stairs.
