the hotel was nicely designed and the lobby looked lovely. my bedroom was large and comfortable. the location was beautiful too.

The room was far too hot to sleep in. I complained about this before going to sleep. a gentleman from reception came, but the temperature did not come down. the windows could not open properly, so i had no air at all.

The corridors felt quite narrow. i found a lack of hand rails on the stairs. a fire exit from my room wasn't properly signed. Some lit signs were present, but not everywhere.
