The room had air conditioning. A radio played music via bluetooth and bathrobes were in the room. Slippers were also available. The location was good, close to the centre, yet quiet. Staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom was well maintained and clean.

Acceptable stay with minor hiccups

The television connection was unreliable, frustrating our attempts at a cozy evening after long walks (a small annoyance, i admit). I couldn't cast to the tv and the reception was unable to fix it. the breakfast buffet was great, but i noticed other guests receiving additional options (eggs, breads, coffees) that were not offered to us. It felt inconsistent, especially considering the price of 30€ per person.

I enjoyed the hydrangeas. they were in full bloom. onsite garage parking was a huge bonus. It cost only $25 per night!
The receptionist found it funny. she didn't have a room for us when we arrived, after 3 pm. she made jokes, that we couldn't get a room. It was only funny to her.

Okay stay with some issues

The tv connection was a problem. I couldn't cast anything and the front desk couldn't fix it, so my cozy night after long walks was somewhat ruined. had other breakfast dishes served to them (certain eggs, breads, coffees) and I wasn't told about this possibility. The jets in the small pool were ALL broken (what's up with that?).

The room had a good size and was well equipped.
I forgot my trousers in the wardrobe. They were either thrown away by housekeeping or stolen. I contacted the hotel, and they promised to get back to me but never did. Customer service and follow-up was POOR and they only apologized after I escalated the matter.
