The television in the classic double room did not function. i reported this to reception, however no one addressed the problem . additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. this disturbed my sleep on several occasions. the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation causing it to remain damp.

The food was very delicious at dinner and breakfast was included.

I found the hotel very dated and poorly kept. It seemed like no maintenance had been done since my last visit years ago and the bed was not comfortable. There was noise until 3 am.

Underwhelming Experience. Some Issues.

I encountered a problem upon arrival. I was not told the pool and spa were closed. The service in the restaurant was shocking. Long queues formed when ordering drinks and food. Dinner took an hour and a half to come out. It was unorganized.

The staff were really nice. Debbie at reception assisted me with early check-in, it was great. The room was beautiful and spacious, really great. The bedding was super clean.

The hotel has parking spaces, so parking was easy. There is a health center including a swimming pool plus fitness center. I found the free weights and gym equipment to be excellent and in great condition.

Food was very good, I loved it. There is a hotel restaurant where I met Chris, my waiter. He was super friendly. The hotel offers afternoon tea and it has a wine list.
