the staff were excellent from check-in to check-out. i received a room upgrade and extras, including strawberries, prosecco, bedding and personally signed cards. i will definitely stay again for special occasions.
i took a friend for jasmin tea recently and found the food needed work. chilli cheese toast was made with cheap bread and cheese. the masala tea was muddy in colour and not good tasting.

i stayed in a kings junior suite for a few nights. the room included two separate sinks. the housekeeping staff restocked water daily. the bed was comfortable.
the gym was quite small , containing only a few machines.

The suite included a kitchen. It also had a washer and dryer, THIS was a big plus. Buckingham Palace is only a ten-minute walk away. The courtyard at this residence is lovely and relaxing.
The gym is rather small.
