helpful staff clean room faulty heater cold room

I found the staff really helpful and cute. i booked a standard twin room. It was clean and warm. for the price, it was great.

the heating was turned off, and i had to request it at reception. the room was cold, and the heater in the bathroom did not work! the extractor fan in the bathroom also did not work.

central location genuine care room atmosphere helpful staff

the central location near the city center allowed for effortless exploration. staff members showed genuine care. our room seemed like a sanctuary, with an atmosphere that evoked cherished memories. the helpful staff offered complimentary water, and it certainly enhanced our long walks.

during our stay, a very faint scent of furniture polish lingered briefly, though it quickly dissipated after airing the room.

The hotel manager greeted us with a warm welcome. I saw them be very personable. the staff showed great courtesy. they ensured parking was secured, this detail helped us a lot.

The hotel has a great location near the high street, it is only within walking distance. We walked everywhere! cassiobury park is also very close to the hotel. the location allowed us to easily reach many restaurants. It was so convenient.

I was glad to see on-site parking was free. the bar and reception area has a tv. We loved to unwind. complimentary water was available, i did appreciate it.
