central location, BUT some issues
slow check-instreet noise
THE check-in was surprisingly slow. i waited almost twenty minutes just to get my key. also, my room lacked decent soundproofing. i could hear street noise ALL night and it made sleeping difficult. the bathroom layout felt a little cramped and awkward.

mixed feelings about this stay
small roomstreet noise
i encountered a couple of issues i booked a double room however it felt smaller than expected the photographs online gave a different impression i also found the sound insulation lacking street noise was noticeable even with the windows closed this was particularly bothersome during peak hours making it difficult to relax fully

the location was perfect, close to covent garden and piccadilly circus. the staff were accommodating (i found them helpful with directions).
the rooms felt really small. i arrived and had booked one night, requesting breakfast included. the next morning, reception informed me that breakfast was not included. i had to pay separately for breakfast, served in a café not really part of the hotel.

the hotel's central location near major attractions proved very convenient. i found the coffee making facilities in the room beneficial. body lotion and other excellent products were available in the bathroom. i could easily start my day.
the front desk staff could have been more cute . i did not always see smiles.
