Acceptable Stay with MAJOR Issues

The room was clean. It was also reasonably spacious.
The lifts were OUT of service. This was a MAJOR problem all weekend. Breakfast service struggled significantly . The staff clearly could not keep up with demand. Tables remained uncleared, and getting cutlery was a HUGE hassle. This.

the hotel room was very neat. the size of the premium king room with balcony was wonderful (it reminded me of a palace!). i appreciated the comfy bed. the bus stop location right outside the hotel allowed simple travel around the city.
i found that the cleanliness on the shelves was lacking.

the hotel has on-site parking and it made logistics easy. there is a gym with several machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes. i enjoyed the ability to maintain my fitness routine while traveling.

breakfast included many options, such as both hot and cold items. there was a good selection of pastries, including croissants and muffins. i liked the availability of fresh fruit and yogurt (especially the pancakes!).

The staff were very helpful with our family event held at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered aimed to ensure it was a success. The location offered convenient access to the train station, only a short walk away!!!
I found the parking fee to be a slight surprise.
