I stayed in a room with excellent soundproofing. I heard no noise from outside. the en suite bathroom had a rainfall shower. breakfast included an extensive selection of pastries.
the gym closes rather early.

The room was clean upon arrival. The outdoor seating area and the bar offered good facilities. I found fans available in the room very useful given the warm weather. Check-in occurred very quickly.

The wedding day ran perfectly from start to finish. Megan and her team were AMAZING, every single detail we asked for was done. It went so smoothly and was beyond all our expectations. My guests commented on Megan and the staff, saying how smiley, friendly, polite AND helpful they were.
i went to the Cromwell for an Industry night Christmas party, it cost £27 a head. The meal was not very good. The desserts selection had lessened, a paltry selection of mini mince pies or Christmas pudding was on offer.
