surprisingly superb stay!
helpful staff on-site gym clean pool area cosy bar
The staff was helpful and responsive to all requests. i especially liked the on-site gym. It has three treadmills and several weight machines. the pool area was very clean, and the jacuzzi was perfect after a workout. i also found the bar very cosy.
the hairdryer in the changing room was a bit dated.

the gym and pool were easily accessible (my kids loved it). it was nice to have plenty of room in the family room. the hotel provided a comfortable setup for a family with older children. free parking made our arrival and departure smooth.
the bathroom felt a little dated.

The gym access was fantastic. I used it every day. the parking was plentiful and free. Such a relief! i really appreciated the 24-hour access to both the gym and spa. the breakfast selection was amazing!!!
the communal area air conditioning was a little too high for my liking, and i thought it could have been slightly lower for better comfort.

the staff was very friendly. the room was clean. the bed was very comfy (i loved the pillows!). there was a good choice of breakfast options.
some menu items were unavailable during dinner. i ended up ordering food in.

comfortable bed writing desk well-equipped gym
the bed was comfortable. the room included a lovely writing desk, allowing me to pen some heartfelt letters. i made good use of the on-site gym, equipped with a treadmill and free weights. i really enjoyed the swimming pool, with a good temperature.
the bathroom tiles show visible wear and tear, which could use a refresh to match the otherwise lovely space.
