My room featured a very comfortable bed. Its size was adequate, and the bathroom felt spacious. The staff offered a glass of Prosecco during check-in (or juice, if preferred). Complimentary water was provided in the room.

I asked for a room away from the elevators, but was initially given one right next to it. I had to return to reception to change rooms. The TV did not work initially. (Thankfully, I managed to sort it out myself eventually).

Really good Experience

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful . the room offered great views, especially from the oxbo restaurant where i had breakfast (it was a really lovely space!). the bed was comfortable. I slept very well on it (plus, the pillows were great!).

during my experience, the tv in my room stopped working, a bit of a shame.

I found the check-in process efficient thanks to kyle. serina delivered a dental kit to my room. It was a thoughtful gesture. paul and abigail from the guest relations team provided excellent service at the oxbo bar. i certainly appreciated their attention to detail.

the lifts seemed a bit slow during peak hours, though it wasn't a major inconvenience.

I had a great breakfast experience. Radost and skye made precise coffee, and chef samir prepared excellent poached eggs. the easter bunny appearance added charm. the loft sky bar had excellent cocktails with a fabulous view, though i only had water.

the hotel is near the train station! a shopping mall is also nearby. i found it quite convenient for accessing different parts of the area. the position provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The staff were very cute. Paul, jaspreet, and adnan offered me prosecco upon arrival. they described all the facilities clearly. the guest relations manager, paul smith, provided really good service. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

the room where i stayed was a king guest room, and it had a very comfortable bed which i needed. staff offered a welcome drink, a very nice touch i think. the hotel got a good location, not far from things. i did like that they provide free water, you know.

i think the television wasn't working that good, kept cutting out. i also felt that the service charge was a little much, specially for a short meal. it left a sour taste in my mouth and i didn't feel good.
