Mediocre stay. Some issues encountered
dated room toilet brush
The breakfast selection was quite extensive. It had many different options to choose from.
The room was quite dated. I noticed it needed some updates. The noise from other guests was pretty bad. I heard them walking around all night. I also learned there wasn't a toilet brush. I guess that's just part of the charm now.

Acceptable Stay , Some Issues
king size bed clean room good air conditioning noisy reception loud music sleepless night
I had a king size bed in my big room, and it was very clean. The air conditioning worked so well during the heat wave. It was easy for me to adjust the temperature up and down , as I needed.
The reception was very noisy until midnight during my second night. The music noise was intense, and my bedroom vibrated. I couldn't sleep , because of thoughtless guests and the hotel allowing such noise.

a lovely stay for a romantic getaway
pristine hotel caring staff excellent selection good-sized fridge
The hotel was pristine. the staff was really nice and cared about making my stay special. breakfast included an excellent selection of food. I really enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit! i was happy to find tea and coffee facilities were in my room alongside a good-sized fridge.
the car park charges felt a little steep, costing £8.50 for overnight stays.

the staff showed real care from the dinner service all the way through breakfast, and their friendly attitude was lovely. communication using the app beforehand was really smooth, especially as i coordinated an early arrival for my partner.

The room had ample space and plenty of light. The balcony added a good area to sit outside, and i loved it. the bathroom was quite clean, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was a thoughtful detail, everything felt very fresh on arrival.

The hotel's facilities met all my expectations. Everything was easily accessible and well maintained. free parking for diamond members is offered. the hotel is superbly located, offering easy access to local attractions.

Breakfast is served in the main restaurant and includes great variety. The food was AMAZING!!! i especially enjoyed the wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit available, and the staff were always ready to assist with a smile.

fantastic stay at the hotel
helpful staff clean facilities
the staff worked to ensure comfort and happiness. the staff coordinated smoothly, we had everything we wanted. the facilities are clean. the bed was the comfiest bed i have ever slept on.
i had to pay a surcharge to use the hotel's own car park. i was told this upon arrival, and there was no other way to reach the hotel. it was an unexpected extra cost.

the king guest room featured standard amenities. the room size was adequate for two guests. the balcony provided a decent view of the surrounding area.

The check-in process was efficient. nick at reception assisted with my luggage. I appreciated that. the room had been refurbished and felt cosy. breakfast had a fresh selection of items.
my room lacked dog bowls, though the description mentioned a dog experience. i did not experience this. i also had to pay a daily charge for parking. it was unexpected.
