The rooms were really good and warm (a real treat after a long flight!). the staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful. the food was amazing. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

The walls had marks in many places. This suggested the place needs painting.

The location is convenient, just a mile from the airport. It was really easy for our early flight. the room had good facilities and the staff were very cute, checking us in efficiently even out of hours. the rooms have been renovated to a good standard, and the hotel generally offers amazing value for money.

I found a very small detail. The carpets appear a little worn in some areas, suggesting they might benefit from replacement soon.

i found the location fantastic as it was only a few minutes from bristol airport. the bed was very comfy, and this ensured i got a good nights sleep before travelling. i also liked that there was nice food selection in the bar and restaurant. there was plenty of it.

The wi-fi did not work , a little inconvenient. i also think the hotel could use some refurbishment. A fresh coat of paint and some new carpets would go a long way.

I found a perfect location close to Silver Zone, just four minutes by car. The staff was helpful. The breakfast offered great value and was delicious. The room looked like the pictures posted online.

The hotel has some bits that need touching up.
