I found a couple of issues . The room was quite warm, and I struggled to get comfortable enough to sleep properly. the selection of gluten-free options in the restaurant was limited! This made it difficult for me to find suitable meals.

the bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. a tv of good size and a desk were available. the bathroom included modern fixtures and was very clean the towels were really good quality.

hot water took over 5 minutes to reach the tap on the 9th floor i stayed on so it was cold until then. the towel rail was dangerously hot. the tea tray has to be moved to plug the kettle in.

the hotel features meeting rooms of high quality suitable for business purposes. i noted there was keen pricing for the meeting packages. this hotel seems perfect to accomodate business needs.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety and the staff was friendly. i had the opportunity to choose from a breakfast menu without extra charge. there are options to have something special at breakfast.

the hotel is in the city centre close to the bus station. i observed the train station is within reasonable walking distance. its location near shops and restaurants adds to its convenience.
