The staff provided excellent service. I felt very welcome. my studio gold room was clean and modern. i found the breakfast to be delicious with good variety. upgrading was worth it for a more relaxing experience. The room was spacious.
the hotel lacked hand rails and had slippery floors, posing some trip hazards!

i liked the super clean room. lots of extras were available for me!
I found that the process for late checkout was unclear and it was disappointing. the hotel is overrun with children. Breakfast was chaotic.

This hotel was fabulous! we had great breakfast choices with high-quality ingredients, amazing preparation, and beautiful presentation. the staff was professional, friendly, and always smiling, i loved it! the room was a gem and the bed seemed like a cloud. I slept so well.
Honestly, i found one very minor thing, the music volume near the pool was a tad high at times. I would have preferred it a bit lower to relax fully.

the hotel had multiple pools, including a lively pool with a dj and a quieter pool for relaxation. there was access to the beach right from the hotel grounds, too. it was convenient.

The hotel is near the airport, it is only 10 minutes away. plus, it is in a lively area near major clubs. Everything was accessible. i liked this spot a lot.

Staff was super helpful. They were at reception and in the restaurants. room service and housekeeping were both fantastic and keen to help too. i was very pleased with everything.

the hotel had direct beach access with comfortable beach beds i found the location convenient as it was close to key spots and the airport. i appreciated the valet parking even if the wait times were a bit long
the lack of handrails around the complex was concerning as it posed trip hazards the floors were slippery. i also noticed many unmarked level changes on the decking which caused several people to stumble

spacious room nearby attractions
the beautiful swim up room was spacious i appreciated the open plan bathroom the beds were comfortable i found lots of space for my belongings. breakfast provided lots of choice i found the location perfect for accessing nearby attractions.
i noticed that the pools were a bit chilly in may perhaps due to the weather.
