The room was quiet, and the cleanliness was perfect. plug points are conveniently placed next to the bed. i found the bar area very nice. It added to the overall positive experience.
i found the car park too far from the hotel.

the hotel bar, it closed at 12am. i thought it was early. i also was told i could not have any room service even though a menu was in the room. i'm also not happy with the front desk staff attitude!

the room was clean and well appointed. i appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee provided in the room. the staff were professional and friendly. the hotel's proximity to the stadium was very convenient for attending the rugby match.
The room ac was set quite high and proved difficult to adjust to a more comfortable sleeping temperature. Portable fans only circulated the warm air.

the staff were so cute plus the pool was a real highlight. the fitness center had several machines so my workout routine stayed intact. i found complimentary bottled water in my room and that was a welcome touch after travel.

the location was advantageous for attending an event. i found the bar and restaurant convenient. additionally, the use of the pool and gym was accessible.
The beds were not very comfortable. This impacted my sleep quality. the sound of rain on the metal canopy bothered me during the night. the tv channel selection was limited.
