The location is superb, right across from the train station, yet quiet. The staff ensured smooth parking, a real advantage in a busy urban setting. I found the complimentary afternoon wine and appetizers very good. Every staff member provided fantastic service. I considered my stay worth every penny.
I noticed the gym equipment could use a little updating.

The room included a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. I experienced minimal noise. A well-stocked minibar offered various beverages and snacks, and the climate control system maintained a consistent temperature. The bathroom featured Molton Brown toiletries.

The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with both local and international cuisine. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had fresh pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. The bar staff were attentive and prepared excellent cocktails.

The hotel's central location provided easy access to major attractions and public transportation. It was very convenient. Several shops, cafes and points of interest are within walking distance, and this allowed me to explore the area.

unsavory individuals
The area outside the hotel felt unsafe. It was somewhat dirty. unsavory individuals seemed to gather around, a downer. the male staff at the reception acted rude, and the entrance staff seemed annoyed, certainly not cute. their attitude didn't match what you expect after paying a premium.
