the room always had fresh smell. each person from staff showed politeness, from the entrance staff and groom to receptionists. everyone was helpful. the location is excellent, you find anything nearby because the metro is close by.

the air conditioning in room didn't seem work properly during my nights stay.

i loved the seamless check-in process. the staff assisted with complimentary airport shuttle service, lovely. my room featured two balconies with floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing cathedral views, how lovely!

the wall between rooms are very thin, i literally could hear next door talking.
