I experience a warm welcome and staff are so polite and helpful! I asked if the hotel could do anything for a birthday and they decorated the room with balloons, a lovely touch. The room upgrade was complimentary, it really exceeded my expectations. The food was very nice, especially thanks to Rachael, our waitress, as her customer service was excellent.
The window tracks has too much dirt and it looked off-putting.

I found the room quite spacious. The large bath and walk-in shower were just perfect for relaxation. The restaurant had a fantastic menu included in the dinner package with great choices available. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities. They were ideal for staying active .
The gym could use a few more updated machines.

The restaurant offered a varied menu with several options for both breakfast and dinner. Service was quick and efficient, with friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the Solero cocktail. It was a very tasty treat.

My room had a separate shower and bath, a nice touch. I found a bottle of fizz and chocolate-covered strawberries upon my arrival. The room was exactly as advertised, with cleanliness being a key priority.
