lovely visit!
cute concierge smooth check-in really good food useful shuttle
The concierge team was very cute. i got assistance from a team member during check-in, made the arrival smoother. i enjoyed dining at both the clubhouse and the italian restaurant. Both had really good food. i found the hourly shuttle service into town very useful.

The breakfast had a good variety of food available. I found the variety excellent. the clubhouse offered a chateaubriand that was among the best i have ever had. wine selection in the clubhouse was fantastic.

mediocre stay. breakfast was disappointing
missing shower gel short conditioner
the grounds were lovely. they were well manicured.
my room was not ready at check-in time. i had to wait. when i finally got into my room, there was no shower gel in the dispenser. there was only a small amount of conditioner left.

mixed experience. room issues and slow service
slow check-in missing shower gel
the staff were friendly and helpful. this was appreciated.
Check-in was slow, i waited for 30 minutes. the room was not ready until two hours after the stated check-in time, a problem after a long journey. the room lacked shower gel. There was only a small amount of conditioner left in the dispenser.

serene getaway
amazing service friendly staff spring activities
the kids enjoyed spring activities. cookie decorating was available and pizza making was an option. the staff delivered amazing service and were very friendly.
during my stay, i noticed the hotel allows dogs. dogs are not placed in a separate area. a dog barked non stop next door, waking us up at 7am. it also kept us awake after 11pm.

the staff anticipated our needs. the concierge team provided helpful suggestions. dylan at the zephyr sports bar gave great service. jamie and patrick at the concierge desk were wonderful.

the hotel included various options for family enjoyment. there was a courtesy bus available for trips to town. we found a kids club with planned activities. this was great for keeping the children entertained.

i found coeliac-friendly food options to be easily available. a sunday brunch was offered at the squires restaurant. the experience included seafoods, salads, and charcuterie. the main course could be ordered from the menu.

the beautiful sea view suite offered amazing sunrise views. these views stretched from the course to the town. amenities included a steamer, super clean. the large bed provided comfort.
